Product Details

The waste water from the cleaning of the slaughtering circle of raw poultry is mainly feces waste water. In the process of raw poultry slaughtering and depilating, the washing wastewater is mainly blood and hair, and the temperature of the wastewater is high. The flushing wastewater in the process of visceral treatment is mainly the undigested and excreta in the stomach and intestines. Disintegration, finishing, cleaning process of the washing wastewater is mainly blood, oil and meat, bone chips, etc.. The mixed waste water contains a large number of blood, oil, hair, meat, bone, visceral debris, undigested food and feces and other pollutants, with an uncomfortable blood red and bloody smell. Wastewater also contains fecal coliform, fecal streptococcus, staphylococcus, brucella and so on. It has the characteristics of large amount of water, uneven drainage, high concentration, many impurities and suspended matter, good biodegradability and so on.

The slaughtering wastewater process is "pretreatment + anaerobic + aerobic + air floatation + multi-medium filtration".

In the pretreatment stage, the solid-liquid separator is generally used to remove a large number of suspended solids, and the wastewater to be treated needs to be heated. Anaerobic + aerobic treatment can remove most of the pollutants in the wastewater. Air floatation and multi-medium filtration are deep treatment units, which are the guarantee of sewage discharge standards.
