Mixed bed is short for mixed ion exchange column, is designed for ion exchange technology equipment. Is a certain proportion of positive and anion exchange resin mixed loading in the same exchange device, the ion in the fluid exchange, removal. Because the proportion of the positive resin is larger than the negative resin, so the negative resin in the mixed bed in the next positive resin. The loading ratio of prajnyang and Yin resin is 1:2, and the loading ratio is 1:1.5, which can be considered according to different resins. Mixed bed can also be divided into in vivo synchronous regeneration and in vitro regeneration mixed bed. The mainstream adopts synchronous regeneration type mixed bed, in the operation and the whole regeneration process are carried out in the mixed bed, regeneration resin does not move out of the equipment, and positive and negative resin regeneration at the same time, so the need for less auxiliary equipment, easy to operate. Mixed bed is mainly used to reduce the hardness, alkalinity and cation of water, so that it becomes softened water or deionized water.

Equipment features:

Scope of application:

Mixed bed is generally placed in the electrodialysis or reverse osmosis device after (or directly applied to the water with lower salt content), further desalination of water can make higher pure water, widely used in electronics, chemical industry, medicine, atomic energy, electric power and other industries.
